Germans Have Lowest Birthrate In Europe, And Declining

Birth rate drops dramatically.

Good for them -- it's about time the rest of the world took after the Germans in this respect. It also says something -- I don't know what -- about perhaps the LACK of connection between family "incentives" and birth rates. They pay people to have kids in Germany, and what do they get for their money?! My sister, of course, is one of the freaks bucking the trend. She's produced four Germans.
